I had the pleasure of staying at this brand-new hotel and it was absolutely wonderful! The entire place is beautifully designed, everything is new, high-quality, and tastefully furnished. You can tell that a lot of care went into every detail, and it creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner and staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

The owners are so lovely and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure we had a good time, organising us a bike, and even giving us a ride in their tuktuk. The room was nice and clean too, and sitting out on the little balcony area was a big plus. The breakfast was also great, highly recommend the coconut pancakes and curries!

Had a wonderful relaxing weekend here. Beautiful view of the sea in the room, which had a gorgeous bathroom. Amazed by the extraordinary architecture of the house. The breakfast was exceptional, one of the best I've had in SL. There is also a little shop in the building for luxury linen items. You are right on the beach and walkable to the nearby turtle bay, and close to dickwella and hiriketiya.

Great location - only a short walk to beach with good swimming and turtles. Easy walk into town. Nimal and Kamani gave us a warm welcome and looked after us really well. Breakfasts are huge and very tasty, Sri Lankan style.

Property was located right next to the road so we had an easy access to get in and out. The facilities were excellent, really clean & spacious. The staff, specially Pramith, was very helpful and friendly. He shared a lot of valuable advice and local knowledge.

This place was amazing!! 100% recommend. We didn’t know what to expect as it has only been open for 1 month, however, it exceeded our expectations and more! So good we extended our stay. Our room and overall facilities were spectacular. It is as the advertised pictures show. Clean and spacious. Beautiful pool and hang out area with a kitchen. Shower was great, bed very comfy, small fridge in the room and they even have robes and slippers for you! The breakfast was brilliant. Fresh juice, fruit and coffee every morning + another meal eg french toast, avo and eggs, smoothie bowls. Our host Hashan + all the staff were AMAZING. So kind and accommodating- they treated us like family but were still very attentive and professional. They gave us good recommendations and helped us organise outings etc. Even gave us a ride on his scooter when it was raining! Location isn’t beach front but still great, about 500/600m walk from the beach (5min walk to all the restaurants etc). To find it- it’s at the end of a long driveway off Hiriketiya road -so no road noise. Thank you for such a lovely stay, we would love to come and stay with you again! Sherry + Mon

Very nice and quiet place run by a French family with a very welcoming local staff. 3 rooms only decorated with style and where you feel at home. Nice small pool on the (as if private ;)) beach and terrasse upstairs to enjoy amazing breakfast looking at ocean waves. Just 5 minutes away : Turtle point, walking on the beach and Hiriketyia, with Tuktuk, to enjoy swimming, surfing and chilling in nice restaurants. We do recommend !

best place to be! great location for those who want quiet, highly maintained accommodation at reasonable prices. the breakfast was amazing every day, was diverse and I think it was the best dishes and local food i have eaten in sri Lanka. the host family was super nice and even taught me how to make Sri Lankan food. the view is so beautiful and there is a beautiful garden where they bring the mangoes for breakfast. thank you so much

Hosts are genuinely hospitable, room was very proper, very good value for money. Location is ideal, quiet and close to the 2 beaches in the area which are dickwella beach if you want to chill and hiriketiya beach if you want to surf. Common area is great and includes hammocks. Breakfast and meals cam be prepared for you by the owners for very cheap price. I recommend!

The place is in a great location, as long as you're not a surfer. 😊 I loved the easy access to a calmer and quieter beach by Turtle point. (It was also great to see the turtles, but due to tourists scaring them and being stupid and picking them up it will get more and more rare to see them coming in. The sight can also be quite bad from the sand getting thrown around by the waves.) It's not that far from the city either and just a tuk tuk ride to the more famous surfer beach of Hiriketiya.

Lovely small hotel with great hosts and staff. Stylish rooms, with best view towards the pool and beach. We even got to see some baby turtles being released to the ocean. The breakfast is really nice with all sorts of fruits, fresh pancakes and eggs however you like them. Located in quiet Batheegama, only a quick 10 min tuktuk ride to Hiriketiya.
