This accommodation was absolutely great! The best accommodation in Sri Lanka. The room is very clean and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable, pillows too. The room has air conditioning, fan and access to a spacious balcony. The host is very nice and helpful. The host greeted us very friendly and prepared fresh flower in the room. The host speaks English and recommended us to take the bus to the airport, he had a very personable approach, picked us up at the bus stop when we arrived. For dinner the host took us by tuktuk to their favourite restaurant (the name is Wave) and picked us up again by tuktuk after dinner. It was possible to leave our backpacks downstairs at the front desk after check out. Breakfast was fabulous. We had a big and very good breakfast (pineapple juice, a full plate of fruit, eggs and toast with jam and butter, and there were a few Sri Lankan specialties). Highly recommended! Absolutely perfect.

Jaya is the most welcoming and nice host you can imagine. Room was clean and had a nice terrace, breakfast was excellent. Jaya and his family have great hospitality skills, every need is met and anything can be organized if needed. There is a little shop just outside of the guesthouse and it is really close to the beach. A little paradise in the jungle, looking forward to return some day!

The breakfast was fresh with a big selection of fruits, along with yoghurt, toasts, sausage and eggs and delicious homemade cake! We loved everything about the property, right from the check in, to check out.. the family who is running the property are exceptionally sweet and helpful. Food is so delicious and the rooms and facilities are mind blowing. It was like home away from home. Haven’t been so comfortable on any trip as much as we were at happy man village. Beautifully designed boutique hotel. Luxury spacious room. We arrived Palace by ocean very late afternoon even though they prepared with smiley face delicious lunch for us. Our every meal was excellent. Nice indoor pool. The owner & the staff was super friendly always tried to accommodate every single requirement we had. Special thanks to owner & the staff for their wonderful hospitality.

Aayu is a great host, very welcoming even though we reached way earlier than expected without notice The breakfast she prepares for the guests is delicious with many local fresh fruits The location is great, just few meters away from the rail station and from the beach
