The place is really tranquil, and the staff were wonderful. Felt like we were staying with friends, which I really liked. Breakfast was great too. If you want to chill, I really recommend this place! Staff were able to call us tuk-tuks too, which helped a lot.

What to say... our 10 days stay at Peekaboo was just perfect. We really enjoy this quiet and simple guest house under the palm trees. Very cozy room, with excellent choice of wooden forniture, and a big balcony to enjoy the good weather. The breakfast has exactly what it needs eggs, pancakes, fresh exotic fruits, smoothies etc.. And on command you can have dinner or lunch perfectly prepare from the chef. The owners and the staff was really polite and friendly, ready to give you some nice locals information. I really recommend this place!

I was fortunate to stay week at Asha’s and so very pleased with my stay. Firstly the location is perfect, located on the beach front fantastic for beach access, morning sunrises. Also close proximity to restaurants or short tuk tuk journey to others further away. The apartment room located at the rear of the property and upstairs with a balcony overlooking the garden, very private and peaceful listening to the frogs at night and watching the monkeys by day. The room is beautiful, great size, clean and lovely furnished, with turn down service provided each evening. The Asha team were so very friendly, helpful and professional, from front of house as well we back of house staff, they are all so warm and welcoming. Great size pool for guests with ample lounges to relax and enjoy during your stay. Restaurant provides a huge and delicious breakfast with large selection to chose from. Other meals are delicious and offer beach front seating with perfect views. Being a small boutique style accommodation with only 7 rooms, this provides a warm stay and you feel like family when you stay, much better than larger style properties. Highly recommended.

The place is pretty big and has all you need - two bathrooms, several beds, no issues with the wifi. The owner was super friendly and helped us to arrange local taxis. It's around 10min walk from diani beach, the main shop is also down the road - you can definitely walk or take a tuktuk there. I enjoyed my stay here

What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the incredible team that looked after us. Robert, the concierge, was a true gem—always available, endlessly helpful, and so warm and accommodating. Whether we needed recommendations, transport, or simply a friendly face to check in with, Robert was there with a smile and a solution. Duncan, the chef, completely wowed us with every meal. Each dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly crafted with passion. Dining at the villa became one of our favorite parts of the day thanks to his culinary talents. Faith, the housekeeper, ensured everything was always spotless and fresh. She worked quietly and efficiently, and her attention to detail made the entire experience feel effortless and luxurious. And Susan, the house manager, was simply amazing—kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure we were comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. This villa is more than just a beautiful place—it’s a full experience, elevated by an extraordinary team who go above and beyond in every way. We really liked the hotel. Large and spacious territory, lots of personal space, you can lie on sunbeds by the ocean or pool and sit at tables, which are also enough. We lived in a small room with a terrace overlooking the pool and ocean, it was very beautiful😍 The room is actually a little smaller than it seemed to us in the photo. I would especially like to note the restaurant, the food and coffee were always at the highest level, and the staff is friendly and caring. There are some minuses that I will write below, but they did not affect our vacation in any way.

Everything: Super comfortable, clean and very well equipped accommodation in a beautiful villa, everything is like in the pictures. Hilda was a super nice host and always prepared a very delicious breakfast. The location is perfect, quiet but still close to the beachfront, with a private pool surrounded by a beautiful garden. They are also happy to provide information about scuba diving, local programs and restaurants. Hilda’s homestay was very unique and quiet, totally recommended instead of a hotel.

Great location just off the beach. Generous and good breakfast ….. restaurant has a pool sea view. The staff were always so cheerful and happy to help. For us it was perfect and loved how our room had its own veranda and looked out onto the gardens ….. lots of peace and quiet too! Comfortable bed, good storage for clothes and suitcases. Always spotlessly clean.

Perfect spot for a holiday trip, especially for those looking for privacy, peace and quiet. Great location, far from the town, private entrance to the beach, which is one of the most beautiful in whole Diani. Delicious breakfast, great personnel. WiFi 10/10 - super wide range and access in the whole property, nevertheless if your spending time at your bungalow, restaurant, pool or the beach. Piece of paradise in this world.
