Location was amazing, bus stop right next to the house. For those looking to stay at Niseko book the Chuo shuttle bus and pick the Higashiyama pension village as drop off! Room was tidy and the heater worked great to keep us warm!

Yama-San was incredibly helpful - supported us with booking snowboarding lessons, renting our equipment and giving us advise on the slopes/ surrounding area. He also provided a coupon for a local onsen. The hotel itself is really close to Annapuri and Yama-San can drop you off there after breakfast. The other slopes are reachable by bus, and the bus stop is 200m from the hotel. The breakfast food provided is very filling and varied each day. Enjoyed sitting in the communal areas in front of the log fire watching the snowfall - very peaceful!

We loved the very welcoming and familiar atmosphere, very leaned back, young team, uncomplicated, truly friendly. Perfect for Christmas! We had a very delicious Christmas dinner, we loved the common room with the fire place. The communal showers have just been renovated, very nice! Very close to the ski slope. The skiing resort was not crowded, skiing conditions great.
