I was unfortunately only 2 nights on site but had a wonderful stay. The common room is large and offers many opportunities to linger there. The kitchen is super equipped and above all, the staff incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. I had a lot of fun with them and a really great time. Thanks especially to Misusu for helping me learn Japanese. There is also a bar with delicious craft beer and tasty breakfast.

LOVED this place. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Owner was in the bar/kitchen every night and made sure to introduce guests to each other and start conversations. Super helpful with suggestions of things to do and maps etc. female dorm was quiet, beds were really comfy. Best pet of all was the working and lounge space upstairs. Very bright and relaxing. Also a super quick walk from train station.

Mayo and her staff were amazing. The hostel is fab, so cute and quirky. The bed was really comfy and private, with a light and sockets. I got a welcome drink and had dinner in the cafe and chatted to the staff. I felt like I was a friend rather than a guest. Great location, only 10/15 walk to the beach. Perfect for sunrise.
