This place is everything you see in the pictures and more! Palazzo Pianca is located close to the city center and Piazza San Marco but still in a nice and more quiet area with lots of great designer and souvenir shops. The staff, especially Francesca, were helpful in every way and even recommended some amazing dinner places. The room itself we were staying in was exceptional. It is an authentic old Venetian villa but with a modern twist, the bathroom was new and had all necessary amenities. The mini bar, which is free, was filled with everything from water to juices and Ebene beers, Bellinis and Prosecco. The coffee machine actually made amazing coffee, which we enjoyed on the room‘s balcony with an exceptional view on the canal grande. All in all an absolutely amazing stay and I would highly recommend everyone, who wants value for money and the old Venetian Charme but with the modern luxuries, to stay at Palazzo Pianca.

The location is excellent, at walking distance to the Grand Canale attractions and the nooks of the old town. The place itself is very cosy and clean (with room service every day). As we stayed in a room upstairs, we had a roof terrace to ourselves – lovely! The host is extremely amiable and made us feel at home, she seemed genuinely glad to have us there – that’s a good feeling! And she served great coffee : ) The breakfast was fresh and tasty and varied (it was consistent from day to day but there was a variety to taste something new each day during a couple of days’ stay). A big thumbs-up, thank you for having us!

The host Matteo, was very nice, welcoming, friendly and accomodating. The room, bathroom and kitchen were exceptionally clean. The bus stop is just down the street which makes for easy and simple access to Venice. I would %100 stay here again and I would recommend this apartment to others. Saluti to Matteo for running a very well rounded, efficient and clean place to stay! I loved it! It has been my favourite place to stay in my Europe travels so far! Grazie! Newly renovated accommodation in an excellent condition where we had everything we needed. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was a blessing after a warm day of sightseeing. It’s also ideally located in a quiet area with good restaurants nearby, yet only a short walk from St. Mark’s Square. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and flexible. It was easy to contact them, they were always available if we needed anything. This was our first trip to Venice, and staying here made it truly unforgettable. We would love to come back in the future.

Beautiful furnishings and decor. Fresh, clean boutique hotel. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff and wonderful service. It’s in a quieter district about 20 minutes walk from the main throng of tourist areas which we liked, but only about 10 minutes walk from the station. Highly recommend.
