Marco was just a wonderful help and did everything possible to make our stay in this beautiful suite apartment perfect. The suite is bigger and even nicer than you imagine in the pictures. The location is excellent and Todi absolutely worth visiting. I will come back to this hotel for sure.

Everything, it was the nicest place we have ever stayed in. Giada, the girl working there was the nicest, most helpful person. She was a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast was great and the apartment was stunning.

The breakfast was exceptional. It was an exceptionally healthy breakfast and we were spoilt of choice. A greater percentage of the ingredients came from the host's garden. The breakfast was filling that we had no need to snack on anything during the day. It was provided well on time and there was lovely, soothing classical music in the background. The hosts were so friendly that we felt so relaxed. There were beautiful views from the accommodation and stunning walkways a stone through away from the accommodation. We had high class, well-furnished and very clean bathroom. The host provided transport to town and other places we needed to go. We were also given information about places to visit in Todi which really helped us. The host also helped us to buy bus tickets. Overall the services we received was beyond our expectations and beyond what we paid for. The peace surrounding the accommodation is brilliant.

Loved the room, beautiful views out both windows , amazingly comfortable bed and superb location. Elsa also has a restaurant downstairs , the food, wine and service fantastic .

The accommodation was beautifully located in the middle of nature. It was very calm and peaceful. The owners were very caring and had good attention to detail. Our 2-year-old really enjoyed his time here, Marco even took him to see their many livestock.

Fabio was really friendly and good at communicating - he was a great host. The room was very cheap but it had a good bathroom, bed, fridge, air-con, TV (didn't use it) and WIFI. It was clean - there was parking and the area was pretty quiet.
