Location The location is absolutely perfect. Stintino is a small, charming town, and the guesthouse sits directly above a peaceful little harbor. Within walking distance, you’ll find several excellent restaurants – our favorite was Lu Fanali, which combines great food, attentive service, and a stunning view. Every Thursday, there’s a lively market in the town square just 500 meters away, and less than 100 meters from the house there’s La Pietreria, a small shop with an excellent selection of local products. Parking was never a problem, as we could always find a spot right near the accommodation. Despite being so central, the place is wonderfully quiet – we slept with the windows open, and there was total silence throughout the night. Room & Comfort The house has five rental rooms, and ours (Room 3, upstairs) was outstanding. Recently renovated, tastefully designed, and equipped with efficient and very quiet air conditioning, it made the room a cool and comfortable retreat even on hot days. The bathroom was spacious enough, featuring a modern shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. The bed was very comfortable, with a medium-firm mattress and a double blanket. A special touch was having two pillows per guest, each with different firmness, so you can choose what suits you best.

Very smooth self check in. The room was ready before time which made our trip easier. Staff very nice. Nice breakfast too. Bathroom spacious and with all amenities.

Very well-appointed modern apartment overlooking the marina. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Superb restaurant immediately across the street, and town centre within a five minute walk. Highly recommended.

Firstly, Antonio is an exceptional host. He is extremely kind, caring, attentive, and responsive. He prepares you a small, delicious 3 course breakfast with coffee and drinks each morning at the time of your choosing. I cannot speak highly enough of him. The location is phenomenal, I think you’d struggle to find better in Stintino. Perfect to visit the small town and the surrounding beaches, including La Pelosa. Stintino is a beautiful little village and nice to stroll around in the evenings. The room was very comfortable. Although, we chose the 14m squared double room with sea view. All the rooms are the same price so I’d probably elect for a larger one so there is more room for your wet towels and swimmers. Rooms are serviced daily.

Owner was extremely helpful, I had forgotten my bank card and he gave me cash against a PayPal transfer. Free ht beverages machine available. Close to seaside and port and boats to Asinara, just a 10 minute walk away.

Thank you for the stay, it was all very clean and tidy. Amazing! Everything we could expect and more. Location perfect, AC, good breakfast, they have some beach equipments if needed.
