exceptional accommodation in the center of a small town, approx. 3 km from the promenade to the lake. great cleanliness, exceptional equipment, peace, comfort. Great communication with the owner. Free parking in a public parking lot about a minute's walk away. we were completely satisfied and it exceeded our expectations. we can only recommend.

Laura and Gianni are wonderful hosts. They provided us with everything we needed and were willing to help anytime. The apartament is very cosy, well located, just 5 minutes from the lake. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty. Everything was simply perfect. Totally recommend

We had an excellent stay at this hospitable and new B&B. The B&B is located in a quiet village and is an ideal base for Lake Garda or a day trip to Brescia (highly recommended). The rooms are very spacious and clean with the necessary facilities and air conditioning (very pleasant in this warm period). Excellent breakfast. The presence of a swimming pool is a plus. Definitely recommended.

Exceptional place, exceptional host! Silvia is a great host, place is brand new and cosy, breakfast excellent. Free parking next to the building, beautiful mointain view and great experience when driving to/from Gardone Riviera, views down to the lake are breathtaking! It was much more than I expected!
