The hostess Eleonora was super friendly and always available. We will definitely come back, highly recommended!

Fantastic stay. Everything just worked and especially Sissy’s help on our first night (flight delayed). Parking is available only a few metres from the property which made it ideal travelling with our kid. In addition, the attention to detail, quality of the accommodation and proximity to the town make this a must if in Oristano.

There as no breakfast but a nice kitchen where you could make your own. The location was excellent in the heart of the historic center of Oristano with easy walking distance to great restaurants and historic sites.

The apartment is located on the edge of Oristano in a very quiet neighbourhood, within walking distance are three big supermarkets, petrol stations as well as other shops. The centre of Oristano is only a few driving minutes away full with lovely restaurants, cafes and shopping possibilities. The beaches we went to were about 15-25 minutes from the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious, new, modern and very clean. The shower was amazingly big and the sheets/linen were fresh and very high quality. There was also a fridge. The communication with Nicola was very proactive and nice, as he sent us clear instructions for check in and was available for further questions. He was a great host. There was even a little coffee and breakfast corner in the common room and also umbrellas available for the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back sometime. Grazie Nicola.

We loved the area and the place, Oristano is beautiful. Sandro & Monica were genuinely kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I loved everything about the room and the entire guesthouse. The room itself was very spacious and impeccably clean. Plus, its location is fantastic, only a five-minute walk from the city centre. To top everything off, the host was incredibly kind and helpful. Wonderful property with the most hospitable host you’re likely to ever meet. Giglia makes sure you are absolutely taken care of and comfortable. She has such pride in the property and her service and you feel it through your whole stay. The breakfast is insane- in a beautiful like patio, it’s a homemade treat that changed each morning of our 3 night stay. The room is immaculately clean and the linens, towels etc are all super comfy. We ended up eating in 2 nights as the kitchen is so well equipped, and all the styling so Italian, it was fun to stay in and eat.
