In our five weeks of travel in Italy, Aria is the best place we stayed. Very comfortable, clean, and with great staff. The view is so magical, and our room had private access out to the terrace. We used the little plunge pool to cool down. Nour and the team were wonderful hosts, making us feel welcome and helping us book a fixed price taxi to the station when it was time to leave.

The place was shiny! Everything was clean- towels smells great, shower feels like new. There is a big dush with perfect stream and hot water. Super comfortable king sized bed with a Extra pillows. Carmella is super nice and welcoming, showed us the place and left us homemade limoncello bottle. Upstairs theres a shared terrace with sitting tables and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine with capsules. At the morning we had a fruit beg waiting for us near the doors room, with a little homemade Quince jelly. Definitely recommend this place!, felt like home. 5 minutes walk to the centre of noto, convenient and easy.

Perfectly located and it was very easy to find a free parking spot in the street just next to the hotel at any time. Nice room with its own terrace. The host was very friendly, inviting a German speaking friend over to welcome us in our native language. Would stay here again!

Excellent boutique hotel (only 4 rooms) located in a quiet area of Noto (just a few minutes walk the center), with lots of free parking nearby. Our rooms (deluxe doubles) were spacious and beautifully designed, with big comfortable beds and a great shower. Alessandra, the owner, will (very enthusiastically) help you with anything you need. Her home-baked cakes for breakfast and the recommendations she gave for lunch and dinner made every day of our stay a culinary delight. A perfect place to base yourself while exploring this part of Sicily for a few days.

We stayed 4 nights with 2 kids and nothing to complain about it . All property is very clean. Our room was on the ground floor, very large and It is cleaned everyday. Good breakfast in the terrace with local cuisine .Elvira made me espresso every morning :) The pool is a great bonus ! Either the dog Ringo :) Parking is good. Great location with a quick walk into Noto city center. Thanks for a great stay!

What a beautiful bed and breakfast. The rooms are large, comfortable and modern with everything you need available. Gianni was a wonderful host who helped us with recommendations, restaurant bookings and was so friendly and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was so yummy (traditional Sicilian foods). The B&B is very close to the city centre but also on a quiet peaceful street. We will definitely come back!!

We’ve been to Noto a few times, and this was by far the best place we’ve ever booked. A great location, a spacious loft apartment in an old ‘palazzo’, furnished with original and charming furniture, a little private outside terrace, coffee/tea making facilities in the room, and a fridge stocked with drinks and treats. Perfect! We definitely plan to return!
