This charming family-run B&B is located just a 10-minute walk from the town of Norcia, making it an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area. It is wheelchair accessible via a convenient ramp from the road, and the room we stayed in was equally accessible. Our room was spacious, with ample storage for luggage (we preferred to live out of our suitcases rather than use the provided wardrobes). The bathroom was generous in size, featuring a walk-in shower, plenty of towels, and a hairdryer. Amenities included bedside electrical outlets, a refrigerator, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, and a TV. The owners are exceptionally friendly and speak suffent English to have a conversation. Breakfast by the pool was a lovely way to start the day — a classic Italian spread with a variety of cakes, fresh croissants, and excellent coffee. And then there’s the pool itself — crystal clear, perfectly maintained, and just steps from each room’s door. After a day of sightseeing, slipping into the cool water as the evening light fades is pure bliss.

It seems brand new (June 2025).Very nice, clean and quiet, with comfortable bed and great view on mountains. Very good lightning. Italian breakfast (coffee and sweet pastry) is served in a nice café 10 min walk away. Car parking is in the small street in front of the house. I loved my stay here.

Very clean, confortable and functional. The host was so helpful and nice, we received woderful recommendation for dinner out. Location is close to the old town center and has its own parking. The traditional italian breakfast close by, is delicious.
