This place needs to be rated beyound il 9.5. A quiet place that combines authenticity and modernity. The owner of this structure has managed to safeguard the particularity and historical aspect of Venice while simultaneously providing modern and recent comfort. Impeccable cleanliness, very friendly welcome and reception, and precisely described street indications. Very quiet and pleasant place. Facilities carefully maintained. As far as I am concerned and I told the owner in our first conversation, this place deserves to be named eye of the fish given its geographical position and how it is managed and maintained. It's given an equal attention that one would care for his/her own eyes. I will definitely come back with my family next time.

The location is very close to the train/bus station so if you don’t like walking with luggage this is the place for you because other than taking a water taxi, Venice is very much pedestrian so you have to walk everywhere. The room made you feel like you were in a palace, everything about it was magical. The breakfast was very delicious and made on the spot by the hotel staff. One thing to note, because for us it was a novelty: they hand you a menu with a lot of options, try not to order too much because everything you order will come on a different plate as a meal of its own. Order what you would like to eat first and then order some more once you’ve seen the portions.
