This is a lovely little hotel, perfect for a short stay, within walking distance of everything. The owner was very helpful and kind. Breakfast is provided in your room, which includes a great selection for all tastes. There is also a refrigerator in the room, a TV and a very comfy bed.

What was there not to like!!! The couple running this Tuscan Villa were simply outstanding, the breakfast included was delicious and they catered to your needs, providing restaurant and parking suggestions for towns and cities nearby. The villa was very well kept, the grounds along with the rooms were great. Each room has it's own little outdoor patio, perfect for sitting in the evening to enjoy a beverage. We had a busy schedule while at the villa, so I wish we had booked one more day to simply lounge around and enjoy the pool and sunbathing loungers. This is a very small and quaint villa, only 3 rooms, I believe, so you definitely get personal service.

The guesthouse is even nicer than the photos. The host, Lucia, was very welcoming and nice. It's located in a quiet yet charming part of Tuscany and it's easy to get to from the Pisa airport by car. The room we took was spacious and clean. Bonus points for the breakfast too. The outside garden in the back overlooks the Tuscan views as well and has a nice sitting area to sit and eat. We'll definitely plan to stay there next time we visit the area!

Just outside the city, extremely quiet location but at the same time close to the highway. Neat B&B: spotless facilities and rooms, kitchen well furnished, perfect for making a tea or dinner if you don't fancy going out. To sum up: just amazing (as was the breakfast)

Our host was very courteous and gave us our choice of room upon arrival as one suite was up a flight of stairs. The beds were comfortable in both rooms of our chosen suite with good working air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious with a selection of pastries, meats and cheeses, as well as fresh cooked eggs. We didn't have a chance to use the pool but it looked fantastic and the view was amazing. It was definitely great value.
