That's a magical place. 18th century villa, which was renewed 5 years ago. All profits go to the foundation which helps to mothers and children. The location is great, in good weather you can see the sea. Owner is very nice person and made a tour for us. The place is amazing. The filling of true Sicily from old movies

Everything was great and it exceeded expectations: the room is beautiful, the bed - super comfy and we loved the view. All in all, our stay at La Casa di Toti exceeded our expectation. Although accommodation by itself is pretty basic, experience of being there and spending time with the boys there was precious, helping them to accomplish contact with other people. Supporting institution like that is really something special and ethic. The breakfast consisted of three types of croissants, Nutella, jams and freshly squeezed orange juice. And, of course, getting Gabi's cup of coffee in the morning was the best.

Host Vincenzo was very very kind. He gave us very important information how to get to Modica and the next destination. He even picked us up from bus stop and to the railway station. His tips on restaurants were also informative very much. Location was very good that we could go everywhere in the city center on foot. Another good thing was we enjoyed the amazing view from the rooftop terrace. It was spectacular to see the old city of Modica. We will come back again. Grazie mille, Vincenzo!

Manuele was very kind from the beginning. Ancient decoration and very art ceilings give the impression that you are in the museum. Comfortable antic bed and pillows. It has a nice terrace with a beautiful view of the whole town and a good location about 10- 15 min from the main street. The breakfast is very delicious and typical Sicilian provided in the Bar de Duomo has a very kind owner Fabio. Recommended if you want to have a nice and tranquil stay :)

The hotel is owned by a very welcoming and charming lady and she makes you feel at home the minute you step inside. Excellent breakfast with a good choice of food many of the items are home made making the experience a wonderful one.
