A beautiful house just 10 min driving from Modena and well located to explore the rest of the region. Rooms with charm, fully equipped and the common areas are very nice. Apartment was well maintained and very clean. Hosts provided timely communication and gave great recommendations for restaurants around Modena. Very comfortable beds, supermarket literally over the street, mosquito nets in every window, comfortable parking next to the house so easy to unpack and pack. Stayed overnight but would definitely consider longer stay as a "base camp" for discovering this part of Italy.
