That's a magical place. 18th century villa, which was renewed 5 years ago. All profits go to the foundation which helps to mothers and children. The location is great, in good weather you can see the sea. Owner is very nice person and made a tour for us. The place is amazing. The filling of true Sicily from old movies

We liked everything about our stay. Federica the host is available for any recommendations or questions. She is a really welcoming person and the room is perfect, nice view outside (we saw the sunrise from the balcony), the apartment is super new and super clean. This was an exceptional accommodation. The house was stylish and newly renovated, with a lovely terrace belonging to the room: the view of the town would have been perfect, if it did not rain so heavily :-) The room was warm, though, and had everything we needed (kettle, wine glasses, cork screw). And the host was perfectly lovely, too. We will definitely come back to enjoy the view in a better weather.

Restored old property from 1850 in the old part of the historic town of Modica. Fantastic taste for details and comfy bed.Lovely and friendly host very helpful. Outstanding views from the garden. Amazing views, room was basic but still very nice and clean. The bathroom was nice. The little old lady was sweet. She didn't speak English but she told me to open the windows when I entered the room and the view was definitely a major highlight of my holiday. Walking down the stairs to the town centre was also fun.

Really comfortable room, brilliant location with balcony overlooking church. For check-in we met our host at their chocolate shop across the street. We were invited to free choclate tasting of their own chocolate brand. The host spoke very good English and was kind enough to help translate to speak with a garage about a problem with our car. The apartment was clean, well furnished and a short walk to town centre/sights.
