We had the pleasure of being among the very first guests to stay at this charming new hotel, and it was a lovely experience. With just four rooms, it has a cozy, boutique feel, and everything inside is fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. You can really tell a lot of care went into creating a comfortable and stylish space. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. While the breakfast wasn’t a full course meal, it was perfectly fine and a nice start to the day. Overall, it’s a great little spot—perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay. We’re excited to see it grow and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something new and personal.

Ae Masenete is one of the best places I've stayed. I travel a lot for work and I need a base that's peaceful and calm, where I can think and plan my work, and this is just perfect. The location is amazing, so tranquil and beautiful, and the house is kept so comfortably. Everything is exceptional here.

My first 10 rating and it deserves it. Casa Flory Anna is a wonderfully renovated rural building with generous spaces, well designed rooms with original features (they used an architect and it shows) and lots and lots of attention to detail including the choice of furnishings and furniture. There are only a handful of rooms but everything feels new (it is in 2025), clean and relaxed. A 5* Bed and Breakfast and just what you want to find if your are doing a driving tour through this region. The hosts were briliant, welcoming, generous (complementary beer on arrivial - thank you) with their own home made baking included at breakfast. I dont speak Italian but they tried hard in broken English. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The place was so peacful at night and there was lots of outdoor space to use (weather permitting - I was there in September with some rain).
