We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Everyone enjoyed it. The hotel is new, well renovated. Manuela met us the day we arrived, put us up, gave us a map and told us about the main attractions, beaches, etc. We arrived by car, the large and convenient parking lot in front of the hotel is free. The hotel is located on a mountain, it was convenient to get there by car. I think it would be difficult to get there without a car. But the hotel has a great view of the sunrise and sunset. Price and quality of the hotel: 10 out of 10 points. Breakfast is tasty and adequate. The rooms are clean. The place is quiet, there is a lawn where children can play. There are 3 rooms in the hotel. Perfect for company and 100% for those traveling on motorcycles. We stayed in a 4 bed room on the second floor, 2 rooms, balcony, windows overlooking the mountains and Lake Como. Wifi was excellent. There was a spiral staircase leading up to our room, which was a bit difficult with a large suitcase. The room had a kettle, small fridge, tea and coffee. This was our second time at Lake Como, so we chose this hotel to be able to see Lake Como from both sides, and it worked. I am sure this hotel would be a pleasure to return to. We wish prosperity and success to the family that runs this hotel.

Truly an exceptional place to stay. The 16th century Villa is renovated in a way that conserves the original beauty of the place (beautiful original frescas among other things). The villa is in a superb location, very close to a public beach and practically next door to some beautiful restaurants.If you like good wine and local food , I recommend Osteria del Bumbardin. There are plenty activities you can do around the lake. The owners are amazing, helpful and very kind. They make you feel welcome in their home and show you everything that is typical for the locals. You are served only local produce and homemade cakes for breakfast and as a bonus everything you see is as sustainable as possible. This is 100% the best B&B I've stayed in and I hope to come back soon.

The location is great, what a view from the whole property ! Our lady host was so nice to us, very friendly and open-minded. She is always trying to accommodate. The room is very modern and beautiful, spotless clean and quiet. The breakfast was great (they offer some of the best croissants we ever ate in Italy). You can park near the church, no issue for us to find a place. Ask for restaurant recommendation to the owner and follow her advice blindly ;)

Place is in good location. Next to apartment is Como lake and you can go to swim. City center and ferry port is about 10 minutes walk by lake. Apartment is cosy, have fridge. They have private parking. Owners gave all necessary information about ferry schedule, restaurants. Breakfast typical italian.
