The accommodation was absolutely wonderful. Very comfortable bed, breathtaking view over the mountains, all you need utilities, private parking space, lovely garden, delicious breakfast, extra care for guests' food allergies, proximity to a shopping center (2 min drive). It is - as its name suggests - a little piece of heaven, with a great host! I highly recommend this place!

The Villa was in my personal opinion in one of the best areas of Lake Como and we had such a lovely host! So kind. The resident dog stole my heart! The rooms were spotless & spacious with an amazing memory foam bed. There’s also a sun room where you eat breakfast which is lovely to read in. We didn’t eat breakfast but it looked amazing, so much choice. Everything about this stay was perfect. Plenty of parking available but it is a tight, narrow road so you need to be a confident driver.

The breakfast spread features a variety of options including meats, dairy products, pastries, and tea/coffee. While the room is compact, it's equipped with all the essentials. The beds are comfortable, and everything is impeccably clean. The shared bathroom with a shower, servicing three rooms, is spacious and comfortable. Fortunately, we had it all to ourselves, essentially giving us a private bathroom experience.

The location, view, and proximity to the lake, cafés and restaurants are great. The owner, Francesca, is amazing and very welcoming. Her restaurant referrals were the best. Her homemade yogurt and cakes are so good. Very cozy italian accommodation. Parking is easy around the building. I didn't have problems finding one during the day or night.
