From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The host was extremely welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. Our room had a large, comfortable bed and a spotless, spacious bathroom. Each morning we enjoyed a superb breakfast prepared with fresh local produce. The location was excellent as well: just a short distance from the sea and the nearby aquapark, and only about an hour’s drive from the ferry to Venice - perfect for a day trip. It was a truly relaxing stay, and I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and comfortable getaway.

We couldn’t have asked for a better room! Even though we checked in late in the afternoon, we still found breakfast waiting for us, which was such a lovely touch. The owner was incredibly sweet and welcoming. The place itself is very quiet, yet only a 10-minute walk to the center and close to some nice bars. If you stay here, make sure to visit Il Bar dl’Angolo, just 5 minutes away. We’ll definitely be back!

What did we like? What didn't we like!!! It was amazing! Great apartment, huge rooms with plenty of room for the kids and their legos. PERFECTLY clean (first thing we usually do on a vacation is clean the apartment. Not this time! It was spotless! We could walk around barefoot right away! At one point the kids slipped under the beds to hide and we feared the worst, but they came back out without a grain of dust on them🤣), wonderful premises, beautiful decoration. There's really nothing to complain about! Definitely sign up for the great breakfast with homemade baked goods on the terrace! We usually do our own breakfast thing, we're not the hotel kind of people but in this place, we got breakfast every day! The area is great, too. 10min to portogruero ("little venice"), supermarket 3min away, beautiful and clean sandy beaches with sand as fine as powder and about 10km of it in both directions (spiaggia brussa, 15min by car) (if you don't want to be around people you can take a nice 1,8km walk through nature to get to different parts where there's fewer people.). The whole area is less touristy than Bibione and more civilized, if you're trying to get away from that crowded cheap mass tourism of Bibione, this is the area for you. The owner of the place is a wonderful lady who speaks perfect English and she will give you great advice on what to see and where to go.

Very friendly, super clean, quiet location, small but very clean, warm, and nice swimming pool (just perfect to cool out). Highly recommend for a couple of days' stay.

The place is near many places to reach by car or bike. It's in the middle of the countryside on a big crossing road very quiet, near a water channel and a bridge. Very suggestive. The rooms are over the small BAR where you can join the life of the place with local customer an the owner wich is very kind. Rooms are brand new and the quality of the spaces it's nice. During week-end it's possible to eat pizza at the bar but in about 3-5 km you can find restaurants advised from the owner.

I liked absolutely everything - from first contact with the staff to the last everyone was absolutely nice and welcoming. Complimentary coffee, water bottles and biscuits are a very nice touch to make everyone feel welcome and practically at home. The breakfast was amazing - not in the structure but in a bar very close and for everyone used to eating in Italy you know it doesn’t get any better than that. Every little detail in the property was carefully curated and nothing seemed out of place. The room was very big - don’t expect an entire apartment but for a room it was very spacious, well furnished and maintained and it includes a very spacious bathroom with all the usual amenities in Italy (shower, toilet, bidet) To top it off - even the hair shampoo/shower gel was really nice - just to illustrate the lengths at which they went to ensure a perfect stay for everyone. We will definitely see each other again :)
