The room and the dining room was super tidy and neat. Despite our host not speaking other than Italian, we managed to understand each other well. She was very humble and welcoming, we had a very nice stay. Due to its slightly remote location, it is only recommended by car. On the other hand, it is very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was also delicious and nicely served.

Elisa was a perfect and extremely kind host. The room was clean and well-equipped, and it also had a small sitting area. The breakfast was plentiful, and Elisa kindly offered gluten-free options for my husband. The beach of Lignano is only a 15-minute drive away. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay for our family.

Beautiful room, nice bathroom, very pleasant stay The staff is the best, no one really speaks english great but you can make it work and they try to help you in any way possible, they let us stay in the room until afternoon, we could come as soon as 12pm.
