The Dream Suite is a short walk from Bologna Station and a 20-25 minute walk to the centre. Sabrina was a lovely host and the suite was exceptional and clean with a small kitchenette and everything you could need. Breakfast is taken at the cafe downstairs which we thoroughly enjoyed setting us up for the day.

Everything was perfect. great contact with the host, who was very helpful, he even has his own guide to places worth visiting in Bologna. There was no problem with leaving luggage earlier, and the cleaning ladies were very nice. It was very clean and the location of the apartment was also fine, quiet, calm, close to the center.

Most of all, since it’s a newly built accommodation, everything was neat and clean. Overall, the room and bathroom were spacious, and everything was well-organized, including the coffee machine with capsules and the complimentary drinks in the fridge. The proximity to the central station was excellent—just a stone’s throw away—and the city center was only a 10-minute walk. The route to the hotel felt safe, even at night. When I struggled with check-in because it was my first time using a digital signal system to open the gate—and I didn’t have WiFi or an internet connection at the time—the staff promptly assisted me and reassured me. I found the staff very kind and highly appreciated their help.

I work in hospitality and I have rarely seen a room as clean as this one. The room was spotless ! Moreover, the doors are automated and can be opened with the phone. Really easy to use. Everything in the accommodation was according to our standards - clean, near the train station, quiet, etc. The breakfast at the cafe at the corner (we tried both options as on Monday one of the cafe was closed) was amazing, completely sufficient and Italian. ;) The host was responsive to our message and quick to react if we needed something. The price of the accommodation was higher - but I expect it had something to do with the fact that it was F1 weekend and everything was expensive. I would definitely stay again or recommend to friends and family. :)
