We spent 4 nights here, and honestly – we would have stayed even longer. The host, Iris, is incredibly kind, caring, and it’s clear that she puts her whole heart into what she does. Her hospitality truly impressed us. The breakfast? The best we’ve ever had! A huge selection – sweet, savory, hot, cold, and even gluten-free options upon request. Everything made from high-quality ingredients, with many homemade products. A real delight! The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds are very comfortable – we slept wonderfully. Parking is free and conveniently located right across from the house. And a big plus – the accommodation was very welcoming for our dog, who always travels with us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We wish Iris lots of happiness and good health. May she continue to do well! We highly recommend this accommodation.

We loved the area, beautiful scenery and fresh mountain air. The room was cozy, comfortable and clean, bathroom was also spotless with hot water and good water pressure in the shower. It was a cold night, so heating was turned up in the rooms, which was very welcome. The owner is very friendly and we loved her infectious laughter, you can hear it all around the property and it makes you feel at home! Excellent restaurant, great food, friendly service. I highly recommend this place when passing by or visiting this beautiful area.

We stayed at Loretta's B&B da Mamma Lo for one night and it was great! Loretta welcomed us into her home and showed us our spacious room, which was a big plus for us as we were travelling by bike. The room and bathroom were clean, and the house was very quiet. Loretta gave us some tips about where to eat in Tolmezzo, which is a 10–15 minute bike ride away (maybe 5 minutes by car). Breakfast was really good, with yoghurt, fruit, toast, butter, jam and an omelette, and Loretta even made us crêpes. Communicating with Loretta was really easy, and she was always ready to help. I highly recommend staying at B&B da Mamma Lo to experience Loretta's kindness for yourself. For non Italian speakers, Loretta talks great English.

The family was very friendly and the place was idyllic. There is a small lake next to the house in which you can fish trout. The horse, goats cats and peacock are ultra cute. The location is approx. 10 min away from Vinzone (by bike) where you can have amazing diner. The breakfast for 10 Euro was delicious! As described the place has shared bathrooms.
