We LOVED this accommodation! Our favorite by far during our travels so far. It was bright, impeccably clean, had lovely views and had the most perfect outdoor area to relax and unwind in the sun. Our host did not speak very much English but was lovely and very thorough with our check-in with the help of Google translate. Easy to find, using McDonald's as a reference point. And a pleasant 15 minute walk to old town. There isn't a kitchenette for preparing and cooking foods, but we had a fridge, kettle and cutlery which served us very well for our stay.

Simply amazing, the host is super nice, the rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable. There is not a piece of plastic in sight: everything is done in an eco-friendly way that does not decrease the comfort. The WiFi is blazing fast. The breakfast is also great. This stay really extended my expectations for others, I didn’t know things can get this good.

The place is lovely! If you are by car in Arezzo, this is definitely the place to stay. Very easy to get to historical Arezzo (10min). There are no words to describe Massimo as a host. He is helpful without being intrusive. He gave us excellent suggestions of towns in the area and places to eat (Osteria da Giovanna is a gem!). The bedroom was huge with a great view. We stayed at the Glicine Room. The bathroom was big, everything looked new - there is even a window in the bathroom. There are also a kitchen with a coffee machine and a cozy large living room that may be shared with other guests. Breakfast is really good with a variety of pastries, juices and cold cuts. Massimo's wife makes a different (and delicious!) pie every day. We stayed for 6 nights and we could not be more satisfied. Thank you, Massimo!

Host was warm welcoming helpful and very generous with breakfast provisions expresso coffee as well as coffee and pastry voucher for a lovely old establishment in Main Street Location historic centre. 10 min walk to train and just 5 min or so to all main sites Room spacious. Super clean. Super comfy. Kitchen area with microwave. Very quiet. Appreciated the wee ‘garden’ balcony

This B&B is aboslutely wonderul. Everything was perfect and the host so generous, even a cooled water fountain in the communal room, pod coffee machine and so much more. Maurizio our host was equally wonderful,, a mine of excellent knowledge of, and a passion for beautiful Arezzo. He was also very kind and generous to us with his time and his communication with us was excellent, especially on arrival, departure etc. This fabulous B&B is in the heart of the historic centre of Arezzo and a 1 minute walk to the beautiful Piazza Grande where we had a gorgeous breakfast each morning overlooking the piazza. Excellently located in quiet street in the old part of Arezzo. Yuri the host was very helpful and the rrom was well equiped with tea, coffee, bisquits etc. Breakfast was down the street in a charming café about 200 m. away. Access by car needs to be coordinated with Yuri as it is in a ZTL zone. This however worked well coordinated through Whats App.Parking in public place is not too complicated and you can drive to the hotel and unload before parking the car.

Great location : a hidden gem with a perfect host. Thank you Massimo for the conversations, the advice, the lovely breakfast. The city center (where part of the movie la vita e bella was made) is only 5 mins away. A large room with all facilities, private parking space and excellent WIFI. Lovely
