Our three night stay here was absolutely delightful thanks to the very affable hosts Rohan and Tatsiana who along with their friendly staff showed us terrific hospitality through out. The classy property is so artistically and aesthetically put together and the room that we stayed in called Terra was speckless and pleasant. It also helps that the property is located in a very calm and green side of North Goa away from the overcrowded and noisy touristy side. Their in-house pizzeria serves fantastic food and we were lucky to experience a lovely live music event on one evening as well. Also, their excellent restaurant recommendations ensured we ate some of the best food that North Goa has to offer.

location is great and in the middle of north of goa. it has not any breakfast but edward give us everthing for preparing breakfast. whatever we need he gives us as soon as possible. The rooms are so clean and it has everything that we need. he gives us fresh towels evereyday and he cleans the room. if i want to describe in one word : fantastic stay

Alfonso 's Guesthouse was the last stop on my tour to India and it was just what this weary traveller needed. I booked it last minute but I got a wonderful welcome and everything was catered for. I also was allowed to stay in my room until 4pm because I had a late flight. The coffee on the rooftop was delicious. The views were stunning as was the greenery. I also got the most delicious Pineapple Juice that I've ever had in my life.Clifton and his mother couldn't have been kinder and organised a taxi to the airport for me. I wasn't sure which one so they sorted it out. Overall 5 Star review for this Boutique Hotel. There's also a lovely restaurant, Viva Panjim, around the corner that does lovely Pina Colada's. Bring a book and sit under the shade.

Staying in a room close to Baga Beach was fantastic, with the beach vibe right outside. The room was [spacious/cozy/bright], with decor that felt true to the Goan spirit—[mention any local design elements if present, like bright colors, traditional decor, etc.]. Rohan, his wife and all staff are amazing and very helpfull. They helped me with everything, with the taxi, with renting a motorbike and with lots of tips about Goa. The hotel is very clean, well organized and super beautiful. The garden, with the restaurant, are very welcoming. The location is also very good, close to the beaches and at the same time peaceful and quiet.

Quaint, artistic, impeccably clean and value for money - is how I would describe Casa Do Leao. Rohan and his family are a nice couple and were generous with their suggestions on how we could have a wonderful time at Goa. Patches and the other pets were fun to play with! The home has an in-house restaurant where they serves a great breakfast and yummy wood fire oven pizzas. The home is quite conveniently located with easy access to most of the attractions. Would highly recommend!

A beautifully decorated, timeless room in a charming Portuguese house in a tranquil village. It is ideal for exploring the surroundings on a rented scooter. There was great hospitality and generosity from the owner. He helped me with many things, including booking train tickets and taxis.

Our stay at Casa Do Leao was perfect in every way. It is a 150 year old Portuguese villa converted into a boutique hotel with lots of history attached to it. The rooms were clean and aesthetically designed. The location was great, just a short drive away from Candolim. And the hosts were very hospitable and had great recommendations for things to do nearby.

We had a lovely time at this quaint boutique hotel.It was wonderful to experience the hospitality that Rohan and family showered on us right from the time of checkin to all the times we spent at the hotel.It is situated in Nerul and quite close to Candolim which was quite convenient for our holiday schedule as well.The beautiful artistic works in and around the property,their pets etc add to the homely ambience. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Goa looking for a peaceful place to unwind during their travel.
