The house is surrounded by a well-kept tropical garden; the peace and beauty are absolute. Our room was spacious, stylish, with all amenities and a private terrace offering a direct view of the water – waking up to the sound of the canal is pure magic. The hosts are the warmest and most hospitable people imaginable: everything was perfectly organized, boats for the backwaters picked us up right from the house, and they helped with excursions and transfers. The food prepared by Lisa is an explosion of authentic Kerala flavors – every breakfast and dinner was a masterpiece! Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We left with tears in our eyes and are already dreaming of coming back ❤️ A true gem of Alleppey!

Location is excellent if you’ve just done a houseboat and want a couple extra days around the canals. Staff are super helpful and will transfer you across the water whenever. You can also order food from Zomato and they will bring it over! The rooms were huge and clean with a personal outdoor space which overlooked the water. I recommend the sunset boat they offer where you can see the smaller backwaters
