Far exceeded all expectations, punches far above its weight class. Delia appears to be somewhat of a national treasure and makes consistently phenomenal breakfasts every day. All employees in every area were pleasant, professional, and competent. Room was small but modern, comfortable, and complete. High quality soap and shampoo, etc. I would definitely recommend this place. Found it by “accident” on booking.com.

There's so much privacy as it's a self-service check in, but the staff is very hands on. Always checking up and keeping in touch throughout the stay. If you're working but going through an accommodation crisis, it's a very good value for money. I've also lost a good few pounds going up the stairs lol..

We loved our stay so much. We got welcome drinks from the pub. We also got discount on breakfast and dinner. It was honestly the best. The room is cozy, it has everything you need. But be aware if you get the cheapest it really is a small room. We struggled a bit with our carry on sized suitcases, so i can’t imagine if you have bigger bags. But there are other rooms which are bigger. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We really had everything we needed. Our host was also lovely we had a nice chat. It was a great experience.
