We loved the spaciousness and light of the design, the gorgeous antique furniture - we slept in an exquisite 4-poster bed. We loved the excellent, generous breakfast, with choices of cereal, yoghurt, two kinds of good bread and homemade jams, fresh coffee, etc. We also enjoyed the warm, personal welcome by the owner and her concern for our comfort and enjoyment. For instance she brought us plain youhurt and fresh fruit on request.

With free Wi-Fi throughout and private parking on site, this guest house has a peaceful reading room and a breakfast room overlooking Bunratty village. Shannon Airport is only 10 minutes’ drive away.

$ lads on motorcycles, we travelled over 100 miles in torrential rain, when we arrived at the hotel, we were dripping wet, we were made very welcome (even though we were dripping rain water all over reception) would recommend this hotel

This wonderful hotel was our first overnight stay in Ireland. We were met by a very friendly hotel owner who offered us a better room than we had booked. The hotel is in perfect condition, just like from the picture in the catalogue: clean, comfortable, with a homely atmosphere. There is a cafe near the hotel where you can have a snack. We had coffee and cakes, I can't say anything about breakfast as we travelled further in the morning towards the Cliffs of Moher. I can definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

We just stayed for one night, but definitely would book again. Cute coffee shop downstairs with good choices for breakfast. They do Lunch as well, and dinner on weekends.
