It was clean and new. The host was very friendly. Quiet, the few bikes I heard were either arriving or departing, and they were very few. Hot water in the shower. Scooter rental was also possible through the same host. I didn't rent there but I will do that next time I'm there. Fridge, water and water kettle + coffee/tea outside the room. Not at all an issue, but good to know. You have your own chair and small table outside the room if you're smoking. No view from the room. I would definitely go there again!

Everything! The rooms are so large and spacious, felt so homely and sooo comfortable. Comfy bed, big lounge to relax on, private and peaceful even with such a great location close to everything and all the main parts of Seminyak, shops and food etc. Only 5-10 mins walk from the beach too. The property is amazing, the rooms are so special and it really felt like a little haven even in a busy city, it was quiet and relaxing :)
