Istvan, our host, gave us a warm welcome and pot of coffee on arrival. The whole place is furnished and decorated with an eclectic range of objets d'art, china, books and furniture. Unique and creative. Our room and bathroom were well equipped and comfortable. Vases of flowers on tables and a chocolates on the pillows. A short walk into Vac town and to a range of restaurants by the river. Istvan cooked us an omelette for breakfast along with breads, jam and coffee. We stored our bicycle sin the courtyard garden overnight.

Fine and cosy place about 30-40 minutes by train from Budapest. Good contact with staff/host. Good alternative for those staying for one or two nights. In the heart of Vac, quiet and everything you need is right next to you, within walking distance.

Very friendly service. Comfortable bed, clean in rooms and bathroom. Professional service. Delicious breakfasts. A place to sit quietly in the evening with a drink. Private parking. Everything was amazing. I haven't stayed in such a lovely accommodation in a while. It was on a quiet street, the room was cozy and modern (though a bit small but sufficient). I would definitely return here next time. The communication with the owner was quick and efficient. We came with 2 bicycles, which we were able to securely store under a cover in the back garden.
