Absolutely everything!!! This is a must stay!! Everyone couldn't be more helpful and so relaxed, the restaurant by the beach is also wonderful and the staff are so lovely The beach by here is also spectacular part of the beach and great for swimming . The facilities are also super!! And was always made beautiful and clean! 10/10 we had wonderful time staying here !!!!

Excellent room, professional responses to all of my inquiries, spacious shower room (especially enjoyed this), nice balcony, awesome daily cleaning service, great heating and hot water, nice location at a walking distance from downtown and the hub of local bus terminal (most important). I highly recommend this hotel for the best value for the price.

The location gives a wonderful view to caldera although sunset can't be watch from the suite. We had to leave early before kitchen was open so food was bring to us night before. It was a very generous breakfast and we enjoy it a lot. The room has a lot of facilities like steam bath , jacuzzi, Nespresso coffee machine.
