Everything. The property is located right at the edge of Oia town, a very short walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops. The view from our private terrace was sensational, and the suite was super comfortable and relaxing on the inside too. The two hosts, Anastasia and Elizabeth, we’re both fantastic - really friendly and helpful, and all the staff helped make our stay memorable.Without doubt, one of the best properties we have ever visited.

The view was absolutely amazing. The room was great, very spacious room and bathroom as well. Even had a little kitchenette with fridge, sink, all of the essentials. The jacuzzi was a nice addition. I really appreciated the big balcony/terrace and the privacy walls between the rooms - this is not a given in Santorini and a lot of balconies have nice views but no privacy and a lot of people walk past or you have to sit next to your neighbours. Our room was the middle one on the lower area and I really recommend this one. Great location, in the start of the main ''shopping street'', but in the end of the car road so the taxi was able to drop us off very close. The service was super, the lady in the reception room (I didn't get her name) was very accommodating. She gave a lot of recommendations for restaurants and helped us book some tables. We really liked Melitini (more casual lunch spot, greek tapas, nice wine, affordable), Candouni (good food, very cosy courtyard with live music most days) and Hassapiko (very cool bar, great service, great drinks, we went 2 times). A recommendation she didn't give but I want to give myself: Lolita's Gelato (homemade, absolutely delicious gelato, especially the strawberry! I went 3!!! times and we stayed for 4 days...) Sorry, I went off topic a bit. Very kind and helpful service in the hotel. She even let us check out several hours later last day because nobody was coming to the room this day. If we ever go back to Santorini, we will stay in Thirea again. I could stay in this room for weeks!

Perfection. Room was generously sized with a very comfortable bed and a fabulous area to sit outside and enjoy the view. The location was great. We were tucked away from the madness - wonderfully quiet - and not too many steps to navigate, yet still only a minute from the main shops and restaurants. Transfers offered by the hotel were excellent. Our driver, Elvis, was a delight.

I recently stayed at Villa Agas and had a really comfortable experience. The room was great, especially with the AC and light-blocking doors, which made a huge difference in the sunny weather. The location is super convenient – just a 10-minute walk from the main area, and the bus stop is literally a minute away, so getting around was super easy. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. They even let us store our luggage at the reception after checkout, which was a big help! If you're looking to rent a quad bike, motorbike, or car, the host can assist with that too. Overall, a great stay!

Our stay was peaceful, the property is very beautiful. Breakfast was amazing, it is in the center of the island so you need to rent a car or ATV. But there are renting facilities close to the property with possibility to have it delivered. We enjoyed our stay in Santorini and the owner was nice and helpful.
