The place is simply stunning. There are only few rooms and every room has private entrance. I absolutely enjoyed the feeling of being the only one in the property ( which is not true, but you barely see or hear anyone else. The town is 15 minutes walk down the hill with plenty of nice restaurants and an impressive shopping street. Overall i can’t recommend Aegina or Nikolaou residence enough. Like in the Michelin guide - three stars, the place is worth the trip by itself.

It is a great studio, super comfortable, clean with a beautiful view over the sea. The landlords are lovely and very helpful.

Reasonably quiet road seeing it was half a block from the main road. Room nr 2 beautiful sea view, close to all shops and restaurants as well as a small sandy beach. Far enough away from the port for no noise, but within easy walking distance. Very friendly hostess.

The owner Evelyn was very nice and the apartment is wonderfully located just near the beach and main street. I recommend this place for the location, very close to a supermarket, the beach, the bus stop and the main street with restaurants, bars, bakery and shops.I will sure return to her place on my future visit in Aegina and I will definitely recommend this to my friends Cleaning service everyday.
