The room was very clean. Bed extremely comfortable. Heating was easy to use and room heated up fast. Shower hot and powerful. Very good value for money. Gave us extended check out as one of the party was in hospital and could get make it out for 11 for free.

I have been back 4-5 times now as it’s a great place to stop over on a work (or leisure) trip - lovely clean and spacious rooms, lots of hot water, parking and very quiet. The breakfast is ‘do it yourself’ continental but that gives you more flexibility - and there is always loads of food, plus nice touches like milk and orange juice left in a fridge in your room.

The Rooms Lytham is a contemporary property located close to the water in Lytham St Annes. Free WiFi access is available and free parking is possible on site.
