Everything about the accommodation was excellent. Florence the host was there when I arrived and showed me around nothing was too much trouble. There was snacks on arrival fully equipped kitchen and an array of breakfast food.

Room was lovely, full of character. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in and the breakfast was more that adequate even though a cooked breakfast wasn’t on offer, the croissants were lovely and hot out of the oven.

Staff were very attentive and friendly and gave great info on shops, waterfalls and other places to visit in area. The garden and water features on the premises are an exquisite oasis of tranquility and a balm to the soul. The view from the room was beautiful. Very clean. Excellent breakfasts.

I wanted to introduce my boyfriend to the concept of a traditional British bed & breakfast, and Bob and Olha's stay exceeded all of our expectations! So friendly and attentive, they welcomed us and even upgraded to a bigger room, which was super spacious, warm and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is out of this world and so worth experiencing, it's huge too! As I'm Ukrainian it was especially pleasing to learn that Olha is Ukrainian also, she showed us lots of Ukrainian books, decorations and ornaments around the house - it truly felt like coming home. We will be back and will recommend Bob & Olha's place to all of our friends!

Philip & Jeanette went out of their way to make us feel welcome in Swansea. They offered excellent advice on what to do and where to go, and had pre arranged a restaurant where Mirador guests obtained a discounted price meal in the evening. The room ambience and breakfast food was great. Overall, Mirador is an exceptional place to stay.
