From the moment I booked, communication was excellent! It was easy to get to, safe parking, great location-close to public transport into Oxford. As soon as we met Peronel (host) we felt very welcomed and comfortable in her guesthouse. She went above and beyond to look after us during our stay. Afternoon tea in the garden and our continental breakfast was delicious!

the room was attractive, warm and comfortable. we had everything we needed. there were shops and restaurants 5 minutes walk away in summer town. the frequent bus for Oxford was just round the corner - 1 minute away. in spite of this the location was quiet especially at night. off road parking is a bonus. we were made very welcome. this room was exactly what we wanted and more than we expected.

Although it’s not a five-star hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous snacks provided in the room, the well-equipped facilities, and the warm breakfast served every morning, which was included in the package. I was especially grateful for the helpful and friendly staff, particularly the receptionist named Amit. I arrived early and my room wasn’t ready yet, but he understood that I was jet-lagged and made sure my room was cleaned and ready as soon as possible so I could check in early and take a rest. He was very understanding and responsible, and I truly appreciated his kindness. If I ever return to Oxford, or if any of my friends plan to visit, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We booked a room with private bathroom, everything is spotless. The room was spacious and quiet, and the property is 20 min away from the city centre by bus. Would definitely book again if we ever visit Oxford in the future.

Absolutely lovely little hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. Charming room (we had a family room) with comfy beds. Hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, in walking distance to nice restaurants, colleges and city centre. Convenient free parking in the hotel courtyard. English breakfast was good, in an attached glass pavilion. Very lovely garden with tables and umbrellas that can be used for breakfast. We happily return, if our son is accepted to Oxford.
