Greeted by very friendly staff in the tearoom. The tearoom has a great menu and delicious food and where you eat breakfast. We were shown out room.which was well appointed, bright and modern. The bathroom.was spotless and bright. Local information available in the room It was warm and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice . Perfect

Location excellent just above the river and just below the canal path very quiet . Olivia is very welcoming host will answer all your questions make your stay very relaxed and comfortable. Breakfast we felt was more than enough , cereal, toast , tea , coffee, granola, yogurt , Welsh cakes on arrival.

Our room was so beautifully designed and the views were breathtaking. We were so comfortable and had a good rest. The breakfast was amazing - one of the best fry ups we've had!
