Ian was the best host. It was like visiting a good friend. Large bedroom with great ensuite. Lovely lounge room for guests to use. Great view from the breakfast room. Amazing breakfast, even got me black pudding when I requested it. Small fridge for guests to pop stuff into. As we’re traveling for a long time we had some washing and Ian was kind enough to let us use his machine!! It was warm and cosy. Not far from Glamis Castle.

Just perfect. I have Never seen an hotel clean like Thatcher The poppy room is stunning With a king size bed,comfy linen. Amazing bathroom. Paula is very friendly . Spa and swimming pool Amazing. My only regret is to have spent only one night Very good breakfast.

The place is szuper cute, and Gareth is very friendly! We had to write to him in the morning because the bread was moldy, and at the same second I pushed the send button Gareth magically popped into the kitchen!! Shower was perfect, we had a great Time and we left with some takeaway cake from the Cafe!

We loved every minute spent here. The room is in the same house with the owners, but separate entrance, so full privacy. It's an elegant tipycal scottish cottage, spotless clean and comfortable. We found everything we needed and more: tea, coffee, cookies, soft drinks and fresh fruit. Owners are fantastic and they make you feel like home. We spent the evening with them and their two gorgeous and lovely dogs and received so many great tips for our trip. Filip prepared an amazing breakfast next morning. They are really, trully great people and excellent hosts!

Located in a nice little town (Brechin). The room/house was clean and quiet. Breakfast was superb and Agnes was very accommodating for our arrival. Was a great place to get away from the 'city'. Agnes was the best part of the stay, reminded me of spending time with my own grandma.
