Staff great very friendly upon arrival and check in, helpful, and took the time to make us welcome Location great, loved the deck off the room to the lake very relaxing and an added bonus, the room was larger than normal, room to move around. Chef was exceptional, so friendly, and took time to chat with us . Meals were superb, and breakfast was a great bonus, and so yummy Was fun to use Alexia, I had not used it before.. I cannot fault this hotel beautiful. Reception was helpful , kind when I asked could I be moved downstairs nothing was too much trouble. The room was excellent the bedding spotless, lovely deco great big telly on the wall. Safety locks on the windows, bathroom spotless. Had our tea in the lounge delish! The staff were very kind. Helpful cannot fault .......

We had stayed at this hotel a number of years ago and although pleasant the beds were a bit uncomfortable, however when I was planning our recent trip I noticed the hotel had been refurbished and so booked in. Wow what a transformation and the bed was amazing so a good night's sleep was had, the new decor in the room just hit the right spot for the hotel and for us the location was good.
