Quiet, clean and tidy. Easy to get to the town centre, well lit for a walk back at night. Well set up for breakfast in the room before we checked out. Friendly owner, very accommodating with allowing us to check in an hour early. Much appreciated. Perfect for what we needed.

We stayed at The Drummond for four days in the end of October 2025, and had a lovely stay. First we would like to thank Tom and Claire for their heartwarming hospitality and service, we felt like home with the pub being like our living room. The food and drinks were amazing, the room was cozy and the surroundings are beautiful. We can really recommend doing the Tillingbourne At Work Walk, the public footpath trough the horse pastrures, meadows and magical forrest were healing after a few days in London. The bed was a TRAP - so comfortable you WON'T want to leave it! 4 pillows, cozy blanket, soft mattress... I had an amazing sleep! The shower had hot water with great pressure. I liked that the room had carpeted floor. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The mini fridge in the room was a nice bonus.

Very helpful staff and a very comfortable room. Perfect for a wee getaway, as long as you don’t mind friendly people! The town is small and very quaint and close by to pubs and cafes. Once we had the keys, there was no hassle!

This place was absolutely beautiful and the staff were amazing. We had a one night stay as going to a wedding and they could not do enough for us. Throughly recommend you stay here. Will hopefully revisit one day soon

Ric and Peta went to every effort to make us comfortable during our stay, be it their clear instructions to finding the room, personalised breakfast orders, lovely morning chats and even a lift to where we needed to go on our final rainy morning. Minnie the dog is a delightful addition to the home. It's so peaceful to hear the water mill gently running in the background and you open the curtains each morning to the total wonderland views of the River Mole and Box Hill. The bed was extremely comfortable and the house so inviting and well cared for.
