We both loved our 2 night stay at Sarah and David’s beautiful home in Exmouth. We were given a warm welcome when we arrived and encouraged to make use of the separate sitting/dining area that is made available to guests. A big bonus was the tea & coffee available for us at any time throughout our stay. And each afternoon Sarah left out some gorgeous homemade cookies for us too! We slept very well as the bed was comfortable and the room was really quiet. Lovely pillows, linen and towels too and the shower was great. Breakfast each morning was divine! Juice, quality cereals and bread, plus a wide choice of cooked breakfast on offer. The house is 10-15 minutes from the seafront promenade and the town centre but it’s tucked away in a quiet corner so you really don’t hear any noise. I would definitely recommend the Guest House to anyone looking for a home away from home.

I knew I was going to enjoy staying here as soon as I opened the door and was lovingly mobbed by several pub dogs. Alison then greeted me warmly and showed me around. It’s a beautiful pub with friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable with towels, small shampoo and shower gel bottles, a hairdryer and a big TV. Shower is nice, just takes a bit of time to heat up, so you need switch it on a little early before you’re ready to go in. The breakfast was incredible value for money; there was a good variety of food choices and it tasted great. I’d definitely stay here again if I was visiting the area.

Right in the centre Town by the seafront did struggle to find somewhere to park but if you fit and happy to walk about 10 minutes there's free parking at the far end of town, the staff were helpful and I would say it's value for money I would definitely stay there again
