Stayed overnight as we was there to see Queen tribute at the Windmill Theatre which is just a 5 minute walk from there. Everything was perfect. Stayed in room 1 Loads of storage and so spacious. Bed was massive and clean with extra cover in the wardrobe. Shower was easy to use and lovely and hot. No facilities in the room for making hot drinks but just outside the room there’s everything you need to make hot drinks. Kettle and a coffee machine and a fridge with plenty of milk and fresh water bottles. Breakfast was continental that you help yourself to which was lovely. There’s a lovely modern dressing table and two comfy chairs in the room and large tv on the wall. Everything was spot on.

- lovely host! couple looking after the property for friends, they were so friendly and helpful - great walk to Chatsworth (about 1-2 hours, depending on if you get lost like me lol) - discount at the tavern next door, went for dinner and was yummy - complimentary tea, coffee, homemade cookies and cake!

Home-like atmosphere while very professional approach in service. We've been given all the information we might need in a handy guide book. Communication prior and during the stay was always polite, friendly and responses fast. Our room and bed were very comfortable , enough room for a couple of nights stay.
