The hosts were friendly and welcoming. I wanted to come right at check-in time and they were available for my arrival. They even helped with my heavy suitcases. The pool is refreshing! The view is beautiful. There is a friendly dog on the property that offered sweet greetings while you enjoyed a coffee or a glass of wine. They offer breakfast in the morning (included with the price) and they are very accommodating to different schedules. I had bad jet lag and they allowed me to have my breakfast very late in the morning/afternoon. I loved the view of the city lights at night. The room is large and cozy. I frequented the restaurant a couple doors down from the home. They had delicious food and great service. I forget the name, but it's hard to miss - just a couple doors down the hill.

Absolutely perfect! Location in old town - close to everything - beautiful parks, bars, restaurants, walking distance to the beach, Place Massena by Promenade du Paillon. This is historical building but completely renovated and extremely clean. As women solo traveler I feel absolutely safe here. Owners Nannou and Philippe do their best to keep this place comfortable for short or long stay. I extended my stay here and recommend it to anyone

Geographically, it takes about 20 minutes to drive from Angel Bay and about 20 minutes to walk to the tram stop, which is a very convenient place for us. There is also a parking space available for €5 a day, which I think is a good deal in a place where parking is very hard to find. The host was very warm and helped us heat the food we brought and provided us with cutlery. On top of that, they have two very cute kids! My wife likes them very much, and the host is willing to let us take photos with them. The children are very cute and lively. There is no doubt that the living experience here will be a very important color in our trip to Nice

A very cozy accomodation near to everything. Beach and old town are available by walk or with public transportation easily. In a very good, safe part of the city. There’s elevator in the building and the building itself is very tidy as well. The communication with the host is very convinient and check in and check out are very smooth process. Yes, it’s a little bit noisy at night but with earplugs I slept very well. :) It was a really pleasant stay!
