The whole experience was great, the staff were so friendly and helpful with nothing seeming too much trouble. We had our own terrace which overlooked the pool area which for a hotel of this size was awesome, with spa type facilities and loungers. There was a communal kitchen which was spotlessly clean and well equipped. A simple Spanish style breakfast was available which was excellent value at €4 pp. We were traveling by motorbike and parking was also excellent value at €5/day (Cars €10). Will definitely use again if we visit Mérida in the future.
