This was our third time to stay in Benalmádena. Hotel location is perfect, right in the center of the pueblo in a lovely street. Check in was easy and very convenient as we arrived in the evening. Instructions how to check in online and get the key from the locker were clear and easy to follow. The communication with the hotel staff was quick and easy. The room was spacious enough, with a small balcony on the street side. There was a king size comfortable bed, and a mini refrigerator and tea/coffee maker were very useful. The room was clean and tidy and has a spacious bathroom with all necessary toiletries. Hotel staff was kind to give us the specific room I requested, the same one where we stayed in the past, and we warmly thank them for that. I will definitely book I AM La Posada again. I recommend Benalmádena and I AM La Posada to everyone!

The room was very spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The self check-in was quick and convenient, all done with a code. The location was excellent—very quiet and perfect for relaxing, and also close to everything we needed. Parking was easy, with spaces available right near the property. We would definitely stay again. It's unfortunate we couldn’t enjoy the pool, as we arrived at night.
