The hotel is very nice and the staff friendly and helpful. There is a guests kitchen area that is nice and useful, and the location is great close to de main attractions of downtown but at the same time easy to get even if you go with your car. And talking about car, if you take yours the hotel is very convenint because it was a great parking just in front.

A great value for money when you're looking for a place where you can stay a few days and cook for yourself (a grocery shop open whole day except Sundays is up the street). The room was nicely furnished, I did not notice any dampness that is mentioned in some reviews, it seems that owners try to address issues when they appear. (And if you have difficulties with turning on the shower - do not give up, it DOES function. (Just push the handle upwards.) But owners should provide instructions :-) .)

It's so good to be able to find a place of this quality at this price. Some people have written bad reviews, but this place doesn't deserve it. It's the cheapest place I found around Oviedo, but yet people expect a fiver star hotel. I would definitely come here again. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a night stay.
