Really friendly welcome from Lucy at the reception desk, with lots of helpful local information and advice. Room was very spacious and clean, and great view from up in the tower. Includes a free ticket to use the swimming pool and facilities next door which was also really good. Recommended!

The host was lovely and friendly and he was trying to explain us everything despite us not understanding his language. The room was big and very nicely decorated, the courtyard very nice and full of flowers too. We will keep this place in mind for our next Ostrava trip, it was very nice!

The building is fun and you get great views of the town, from the room, the cafe and also the observation deck. The location is quiet. Included is the entry to the pool, which is very nice, and the saunas, which are excellent.
