We couldn’t have a better start into our Costa Rica trip! Nothing compares to this wonderful, peaceful little paradise and it‘s lovely owners! I can’t imagine that there would be a better place to stay in Puerto Viejo, or let’s say in whole Costa Rica! We felt so welcome, the breakfast was unbelievable and made with a lot of love. The bungalows and all the details, the animals, the sounds of the monkeys in the morning, we even saw a sloth in the trees of the garden! Thank you for everything, we already miss you and our time at your place! And the Agutis!! Lots of love, Lisa&Lukas

The location and the environment is amazing, it truly is in the jungle, full of animals. The owners very really kind and helped us a lot. Our cat managed to get out and was lost during the day. The owner posted it for us in a local group and it helped us to find him. It was really easy to check in and check out. The room and the bathroom is really pretty. The only thing I missed was the light. There were no mosquito nets on the windows, so basically we could never open the wooden windows this way that we took our cat and did not want him to go out. It would have been nice if we could have left open at least one window for the night. The kitchen is outside, basically in the jungle. So it has an amazing vibe, having breakfast and your coffee in the jungle where agoutis are passing regularly. But don't leave outside the avocados (which we received as a gift from the owners) or any fruits on the table as a monkey took them and ate them all, leaving real mess behind. :) I really recommend this place if you are looking for an adventure in the jungle.

This place it's like a piece of heaven, in just a few hours from the arrival we spotted so many animal. Our cabin was next to the water and during our stay we have seen: toucan, agoutis, squirrels, coatis, otters, a tarantula( we think) a green basilisk, turtles, green iguanas, honey bear(kinkajous)and hummingbirds. The host was very kind to point out animals that were around, like the toucan, kinkajous and the iguanas.

Really nice and welcoming and positive host. The kitchen had everything you can imagine, including a good blender. Lovely 3 dogs and 2 cats. Andi gave us very good recommendations for restaurants, swim and snorkeling spots with coral reefs. We even got a room upgrade. Everything is very clean. Nice breakfast with fruits, yummy pancakes and eggs. It's surrounded by nature and animals.
