The hosts are very friendly and helpfull. The location is amazing, definitely worth the drive, and of course we saw many beautiful birds, including Tucans. It was a great experience!

Really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and different options. Location was quiet yet only a couple blocks walking distance from main square. Staff were amazing, very thoughtful and kind. Went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable. We felt very welcome as soon as we arrived. Gardens were beautiful. View of the volcano was great when not clouded over. One of the best hotel experiences we have had on our month long trip around Costa Rica so far.

It’s the 3rd time I go to this hotel, I just love it. It’s close to everything, very clean, everyone is so nice and the rooms have high ceilings and made of nice wood !

Such a beautiful place! Unfortunately it was raining when I was there so the volcano was covered in clouds. Peaceful, calm environment, a comfy bed and the most adorable cats and dogs. Isaias was super friendly and prepared delicious breakfast in the morning.

Milly was so lovely and warm. It’s people like her that make you feel like you are home. She was knowledgeable of all the tours and what a seven year old could handle. I just loved her. The hotel and pool was spotless. The kitchen well equipped and very charming. the owner was there visiting with his family and he was very accommodating. there was nothing he wouldn’t have done to help us have the best holiday we could have dreamed of. A short easy walk to downtown with a sidewalk. I’ll definitely stay again because of how welcoming and clean the property was.
